Reservation

• Check In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
• A full payment is required to reserve the dates that work for your stay.
• Late Check Out Fees: 20% of total reservation per hour.
• Early Check In Fees: Depends on availability, will be charged per hour.

• Every guest who wants to make a reservation at our place has to make a Security Deposit of ₱1,500.00 to compensate in case the guest/s, someone they invite, or a pet causes damage, lost items, unexpected cleaning, during a stay.
• You will be notified within 7 days if there will be a deduction to your deposit. Otherwise, full refund will be sent to your account at least 7 days upon check-out.

• We follow AirBnb's Firm Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
• In case of early departure, the unused nights can no longer be refunded. This booking is non-refundable and cannot be amended. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
