The space

It is important to keep in mind that the place is good for up to a total of 28 guests, we have a total of 7 differently sized rooms in the place, each with different maximum guest capacity. We give the rooms based on the availability of the rooms without compromising our guests sleeping spaces. Rest assured, no rooms will be overcrowded and we will try our best to give rooms that can sleep your friends and family comfortably.

If you want to book the place exclusively to your group. Feel free to ask about SPECIAL RESERVATIONS during your inquiry.

***We do not allow SPECIAL RESERVATIONS during PEAK season where we allow other guests to fill the other rooms.

The space is secured with 24/7 CCTVs for guests protection, all CCTVs are only on public areas, entrances and exits, there are none on the private rooms.

Note: On this listing there is an additional 750 per head exceeding 12 guests.

Guest access

Guests will be able to have barbecue grill sessions on the roofdeck of the building. Outside kitchen soon to come.

During working hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, the people who work on the business establishment on the ground floor are also our employees, guest can freely ask them for assistance if needed.

Guest can park their vehicles infront of the building after business hours 5:30pm to 7:00am. There will be a designated parking spot for them during business hours.
